Tour Itinerary

Days : 1 Arrival in Beijing
Upon arrival at Airport, you will be greeted by our guide and transferred to the hotel. The rest day is free to have the chance for shopping or to explore this booming city at your own pace. 

Days : 2 Beijing
Today's adventure begins at Tian'anmen Square, the largest public space on earth. Passing through the Heavenly Peace Gate and walking into the Forbidden City, you will step back in time and home to the Imperial Courts of Ming and Qing Dynasties for more than 500 years. After lunch, visit the Temple of Heaven, one of China's most photographed attractions, where the Chinese Emperors were known, worshipped the gods and prayed for good harvests.(B+L)  

Days : 3 Beijing
Leave the bustle and traffic of Beijing behind and journey through the countryside to see one of the Wonders of the World – The Great Wall. Along the way, you will stop at a jade carving factory where you can watch artisans at work. After lunch you will visit the massive tomb complex of the Ming Emperors where you will walk along the "Sacred Way" passing between pairs of huge stone sculptures.(B+L) 

Days : 4 Beijing - Huangshan
This morning you will visit the Summer Palace, the best preserved of all imperial palace gardens. Fly to Huangshan, the tour guide will meet you at the airport and escort you to the hotel.(B+L) 

Days : 5 Huangshan
On arrival at Tunxi in the morning. Take the Yungu cable car up to the mountain and sightsee the Beginning-to-believe Peak, the Lion Peak, the Peach Blossom Valley. You will Checkin the hotel on the mountain tonight.(B+L) 

Days : 6 Huangshan
Watch sunrise in the early morning, then sightsee the Cloud-dispelling Pavilion, Flying-over Rock and Bright Summit, take cable car to get down the mountain afterwards, transfer to Tunxi, continue to visit the the Tunxi Old Street.(B+L)   

Days : 7 Huangshan - Shanghai
Fly to Shanghai,you will be greeted by our guide and transferred to the hotel.Continue to visit the Bund, a popular promenade along the Huangpu River, where the old meets the modern in Shanghai.(B+L) 

Days : 8 Shanghai
This morning, you will visit the Shanghai Museum, a large museum of ancient Chinese art. The exterior design of the round dome and the square base symbolizes the ancient idea of a round heaven and a square land. After lunch, you will also tour the Old Town with its winding alleyways, lined with shops, teahouses and restaurants, and to the elegant and tranquil Yu Garden. (B+L) 

Days : 9 Shanghai - Yichang
After breakfast at the hotel, our guide will meet you. This morning you will visit the Jade Buddha Temple with its fine collection of carved jade statues. Fly to Yichang. The guide will meet you at the airport and escort you to board the Yangtze River cruiser.(B+L)  

Days : 10 Three Gorges Dam
This morning you will set sail on the Yangtze River, the third longest river in the world, bound for the magnificent, wild scenery of the Three Gorges. Later today you will visit the Three Gorges Dam, the largest hydroelectric man-made dam in the world.(B+L+D)  

Days : 11 Shennong Stream
In the morning you will sail through miles of stunning gorges. In the afternoon you will arrive at Badong where you will disembark for a magical excursion down the Shennong Stream. Local trackers will pull us in wooden sampans through awesome gorges and lush pine forests. Along the way you will see the remnants of ancient roads and pass cliff-top grottos that held the coffins of warriors. If you are lucky, you will glimpse rare animals, such as the golden-haired monkey.(B+L+D)  

Days : 12 Fengdu
Today You will take a short break from the fabulous natural scenery to visit spectacular along the river, Fengdu Ghost City, where the devil lives, according to Chinese legend.(B+L+D)  

Days : 13 Chongqing - Guilin
Your boat will arrive at Chongqing around noon time. You will disembark and fly to Guilin. The tour guide will meet you at the airport and escort you to the hotel. (B) 

Days : 14 Guilin - Yangshuo - Guilin
Today is a highlight of any trip to China - the Li River cruise, which passes through some of the most dramatic and beautiful scenery on earth. Simply relax and enjoy the views as you slowly wind our way through rain-washed valleys, past bright green rice paddies, through bamboo forests and beneath towering cliffs. Disembark at Yangshuo, you are free to talk walking on West Street to embrace this beautiful county. Transfer back to Guilin.(B+L) 

Days : 15 Guilin - Hongkong
Your adventure begins at Elephant Trunk Hill, then you will move on to the Seven Star Park. Fly to Hongkong, you will transport and check in the hotel on your own. The rest day is free to have the chance for shopping.(B+L) 

Days : 16 Hongkong
After breakfast at the hotel, you are free to have a full-day visit the recommended place at your on pace, the Victoria Peak, Repulse Bay, Aberdeen and Stanley Market.(B)

The cost was minimal compared to the fun I had! First we toured the Forbidden City and our guide, Leo, was wonderful! He shared great knowledge and gave us time to explore on our own. The first day includes Badaling Great Wall and Changling Ming Tombs with visits to the Jade Factory and Tea Ceremony place. The second day includes Tian An Men + Forbidden City, Tian Tan, and Summer Palace with visits to the Pearl Factory and Bao Shu Tang where we got a nice foot massage for only 20 Kuai.  The itinerary and tour service, especially the first day with David were absolutely amazing! He is a great tour guide, with excellent command in English as well as a nice personality. The second day with Paul was a little bit too fast for our liking. He spoke too fast and a little bit unclear, and seem like almost too in rush for anything so I think that could be improved in the future. The meal in our second day was amazing though! Delicious! Thank you to you and all TTC team for helping our trip in Beijing much easier! true More AnnemiekHK 5.0 Enjoyed a hiking day trip with Tour Travel China to the Great Wall at Jinshangling. This is a further away section but much quieter and definitely worth the extra travel. I visited Mitanyu previously which was very busy. Two hikes were available 7km and 13km. I took the 7km which was still quite challenging. Spent 2.5 hours on the wall. It’s an amazing experience. After hiking we had a late lunch at a local restaurant and then headed back to Beijing. There is no shopping, although there are a few hawkers on the wall. Make sure you take lots of water and sunscreen with you as it can get quite hot in Summer. The tour guide and driver were excellent and can recommend this trip. The travel time is quite long so bring a tablet and headphones to keep you entertained true More calishandysg 5.0 We had a great 3-day tour. Most of it was a walking tour that required stamina. The cost was a good deal that included 3 lunch meals. The tour guides Yoyo, Irish and Vik were very knowledgable about their history. Their English was good, but at times could not understand their accent.  The Lunch for the 3 days were good but on the 2nd and 3rd day, we were brought to the same restaurant. The service in the Great wall restaurant was good. Food was prepared on the table when we arrived. Unlike in the 2nd restaurant, food was served one at a time, hence time-consuming. The mandatory stops, total of 5 in 3days: Jade factory, Tea factory, Pearl factory, Silk factory, Foot massage were informative but the time spent there could have been added for picture-taking in the tourist places.
